i'm in love with these shoes from the lovely betsey johnson. love. like, if they were animate i would ask them to marry me. or at least be my valentine tomorrow...
and now you see why. without a doubt, these shoes are impractical (how many leopard-print platforms with a spray of hot pink crystals does one really need?), but they definitely qualify to be lusted after. i originally saw them while prowling around for rings - side note, betsey johnson rings are my fourth need after water, food, and oxygen - and they have a wedge sister-shoe, which is equally adorable... i just thought these shoes were fun. and i think everyone needs a little fun now and then. especially in the form of these little lovelies. (think about how much they'd make a hum-drum outfit absolutely fabulous in thirty seconds flat...and here's the link to purchase these babies. think of it as a happy early valentine's day present to yourself.)
